Bonding

Bonding

Dental bonding is a procedure that can be used to improve the appearance of a tooth by covering it with a colored material. It is often used to cover or mask small areas of discolored or misaligned teeth, close gaps between teeth and reshape chipped, cracked or degraded teeth. Bonding is also commonly called “bonding,” “enamel bonding,” “direct composite bondings,” and “tooth contouring.” It has been in use since at least the 1970’s.
